Addi DeCosta, the owner, and Chef Gurbachan Singh have formed an exceptional culinary partnership spanning over three decades. Their journey began with “Sitar by the Sea” on the Redondo Beach Pier, followed by “Chicken Madras” in Hawthorne, both of which quickly became renowned for outstanding cuisine and top-notch customer service.

Now, they’ve come full circle with their latest venture, “ADDI’S Darbar,” located once again in Redondo Beach. Chef Gurbachan Singh has earned a sterling reputation across Southern California for his culinary expertise and unwavering commitment to authentic Indian flavors.

We take reservations for dinner. To make a reservation, please call us at +1 424-350-7121 between 05:00 PM – 09:00 PM, Monday closed. We also do catering, private parties, and corporate office lunches.
